What's the difference between Spark and Forever/Heirloom?
Spark is a self-serve photo booth — upload 4 photos and each becomes its own short motion piece, fully automated, no milestone required. Forever and Heirloom are a commissioned narrative film, built from your full story with AI-recreated scenes for the moments you don't have on camera. They're genuinely different products, not just different price points.
How much footage do I need to provide?
For Spark, exactly 4 photos. For Forever and Heirloom, five or more photos is a good starting point — the more you share, the more of your real story we can use. Anything you don't have, we recreate.
How long is the finished film?
Forever and Heirloom films run 60–90 seconds — long enough to actually tell the story, short enough to watch again and again. Spark delivers a small gallery of individual motion photos rather than a single film.
How long does it take?
Spark is instant once it's generated — realistically within 24 hours while the pipeline is still maturing. Forever and Heirloom are produced and typically delivered within 7–10 days of completing your intake and checkout.
What is the Display device?
A small LCD device loaded with your gallery or film and shipped to you. It's a $59 add-on on Spark and Forever, and included on Heirloom. It ships separately from your digital delivery — adding it never delays your gallery or film.
Can I buy this as a gift for someone else?
Yes — the gift flow collects your details separately from the couple's story, so you can put the whole thing together without needing their login or involvement.
Will they know it's from me?
Only if you want them to. There's a spot to add a personal note, included right alongside the reveal.
What if I don't know every detail of their story?
Do the best you can and leave the rest blank. The intake is built around what you do know, and we'll recreate the moments you weren't there for.
When will they find out about it?
You choose: notify them the moment the film is ready, or keep it a surprise until exactly the reveal date. Spark has no reveal-lock — it's delivered as soon as it's ready.
Do they need to do anything to receive it?
No login or account, ever — just the link. You'll want to send it to them yourself when the moment feels right; we don't email recipients automatically.
Who can see the capsule?
Only people with the link. There's no login — the link itself is the credential.
Can we change the reveal date?
For Forever and Heirloom, yes — there's a self-serve control right on your order status page, or reach out and we'll update it for you before the original date arrives. Spark has no reveal date to change.
